I was struggling to exercise and I had been in pain for a long time doing my job in construction ,it was really restricting lots of aspects of my life .I was doubtful seeing a chiropractor would help and at 47 after years on building sites thought this is how im supposed to feel and kind of got used to it . After only 3 sessions so far I have reduced pain by 80%! I have more flexibility and mobility and I'll went hiking at weekend for 3 hours with very few issues. Harvey was fantastic at not only finding cause and treating the issue but also the advice on how to stretch and improve mobility to help the issue from returning. I had my 1st appointment with Harvey in May 2025. My first impressions were of someone who really knows his stuff! I had an assessment and Harvey validated my issues and made me feel relaxed to share my journey up to this point. Harvey developed an exercise plan which was achievable given my busy lifestyle. He booked regular catch up sessions where he worked through manipulation to ease my pain. I have never felt that Harvey was bringing me back for appointments when I didn’t need them and within 3 sessions I was on monthly/6 weekly check ins. Can’t recommend Harvey enough he has supported me to manage my injury, reduce my pain so I no longer require pain medication or heat support and feel good about doing the things I enjoy.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service and treatment by Harvey, was able to book and be seen really promptly, felt listened to and understood in during both appointments (as well as receiving pain relieving treatment) and came away with a clear understanding and reassurance of what was happening for my knee and upper back, with a plan to help over the coming weeks. After just one session my back feels looser and the pain is barely noticeable. I really liked his approach of explaining things clearly, and suggestions for helping myself prevent the issue moving forward.
