I went to see Harvey last week for the first time with a very painful back, he puts you at ease and although I've only seen him twice my back is feeling much better. After a long career spent working at a computer, I had a painful lower backache that i thought I’d be stuck with for life. I was struggling to exercise and I had been in pain for a long time doing my job in construction ,it was really restricting lots of aspects of my life .I was doubtful seeing a chiropractor would help and at 47 after years on building sites thought this is how im supposed to feel and kind of got used to it . After only 3 sessions so far I have reduced pain by 80%! I have more flexibility and mobility and I'll went hiking at weekend for 3 hours with very few issues. Harvey was fantastic at not only finding cause and treating the issue but also the advice on how to stretch and improve mobility to help the issue from returning.
